Questions we actually get.
i. How do I know you won't contact my client directly?
You don't have to take our word for it. Every partner agreement includes an explicit clause confirming we have no right to contact your end clients under any circumstances. If we ever did, for any reason, it would be a breach of contract. We've operated this way since we started, and it has never happened.
ii. What if my client asks who's doing the technical work?
That's between you and your client. Most partners simply say it's handled in-house or by their specialist team. We don't exist in that conversation. There's nothing linking us to your client's engagement.
iii. What if a deliverable references IgniteFirst?
It won't. We review every deliverable before it leaves us. Nothing ships with our name, logo, or any identifying information. If something ever slipped through, we'd fix it before it reached you, and we'd own it completely.
iv. Can I white-label reports with my own branding?
Yes. We deliver all reports as clean, unbranded templates. You can present them as-is or apply your agency branding. We can also produce them in your format if you send us a template.
v. Do I need a minimum number of clients to start?
No. Most partners start with two or three clients to test the process and verify results before scaling. There's no volume minimum and no lock-in contract. You start when you're ready and grow at your own pace.
