Despite our unwavering commitment to excellence, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate cancellations or refunds. As a result, we have established the following guidelines for our refund and cancellation policies.
Clients may submit a cancellation request for any service within 7 to 10 working days of entering into a service agreement. To initiate the cancellation process, please email us at support(at)ignitefirst.io.
Cancellation requests for services purchased with promotional offers will not be accepted.
Domain name registration and domain name transfer cancellation requests will not be entertained.
If a client fails to make their next payment within 10 working days, the service agreement will be automatically canceled.
No refunds will be provided in the event of project cancellation.
Refund policies may vary depending on the specific service provided.
If a refund is approved, IgniteFirst Solutions will deduct the cost of any work already completed.
Administrative fees and installation charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Taxes paid to regulatory bodies for services rendered are non-refundable.
If a client violates the terms and conditions of our service agreement, the contract will be terminated, and no refund will be issued.
IgniteFirst Solutions will not issue refunds in cases where delays or service disruptions result from third-party involvement.
